This is your chance to share your goals, ask questions, and get a personalized recommendation on where to start—whether that's one-on-one coaching, supportive programs, or other lifestyle tools. Think of it as your first step toward lasting change—simple, supportive, and tailored just for you.
Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, please review the following policy: • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
