In this focused, one-on-one session, together, we’ll create a clear plan or structure or simply get a clearer direction with the tools, insights, and motivation to help you take the next powerful steps toward vibrant health, balance, and overall well-being.
Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, please review the following policy: • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
